Return & Exchange Policy
We keep a 30 days Exchange Policy from the delivery date to provide our customers an enhanced satisfaction. Within this period after delivery, you may not only exchange but also claim for a return or complete refund.
After we receive your return product and receipt, we inspect that product within 72 hours. Then we proceed with the exchange process and deliver the product within 15 working days.
For the refund process, we require 7 working days for issuance. We will send a confirmation email to update you about the return’s completion. We will make refunds onto the original payment mode and process them within 10-45 days, depending on the credit card bank.
Returns & Refunds Policy is applicable only if the customer receives a wrong, tempered, or defected product or the product is damaged during shipment. For further assistance, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at email@example.com
Note: For returns cases, the customers have to bear all the shipment charges to send the product back.
