We keep a 30 days Exchange Policy from the delivery date to provide our customers an enhanced satisfaction. Within this period after delivery, you may not only exchange but also claim for a return or complete refund.

After we receive your return product and receipt, we inspect that product within 72 hours. Then we proceed with the exchange process and deliver the product within 15 working days.

For the refund process, we require 7 working days for issuance. We will send a confirmation email to update you about the return’s completion. We will make refunds onto the original payment mode and process them within 10-45 days, depending on the credit card bank.

Note: For returns cases, the customers have to bear all the shipment charges to send the product back. 

Shipment

We dispatch our products by choosing the high-speed shipping route through multiple methods like FedEx, DHL, Skynet, USPS etc. An email with a tracking code is forwarded to inform the customer that the order has been shipped, and he/she can check the order status with that tracking code. The customers must provide their complete contact information and proper address for shipping. You can contact our Customer Support if you mistakenly entered the wrong details or if anything is missed in the notification within 24 hours. Shipping Charges and Delivery Period As our shipping methods vary in every zone, the shipping charges and delivery period are also different. The handling period is not included in the shipment time and is usually 5-10 working days for every order. We have Multiple methods of shipping, express shipping, standard shipping, and economy shipping. Like in our express shipping your product will take 5-8 business days on shipping process.
