Yes, you can return the jacket within 30 days of delivery. Moreover, you can exchange or claim a full refund also. We want to gain trust and satisfaction from our customers to have a good experience.

Your Size Chart does not have a perfect match for me. Can you order for customization or alteration?

No, we do not customize or alter. However, our agents can assist you in selecting the perfect size for you.

After placing an order, when will I receive my order?

Usually, our express items take 5-8 working days for shipment. But in some situations, it may exceed up to 20 working days for shipment. After shipment, we will deliver your purchased product within 3-5 working days.

In which countries is free shipping available?

I did not receive my jacket yet; please guide me on what to do?

We sent you a tracking code in a confirmation email. You should visit the Tracking Order page and enter the required details and tracking code to check your order’s current status. If the order has not been delivered to you after the delivery date is passed, then you should inform our support agents at care@masterjacket.com

What to do if I receive a damaged or faulty product?

Our policies are exceptionally designed to satisfy our customers. Therefore, you are free to contact our Customer Care representative if you get any damaged or wrong order. Please provide him with the product’s name and number, the order number and some details about the fault with its pictures. Our support agent will respond to your query within 24 hours to verify the details. Then, we will resolve your issue and send you a replacement quicker.

What should I do as my payment was declined?

There must be a reason for the following ones due to which your payment declined:

  • Maybe you have not entered the correct billing address and contact number.
  • Perhaps your billing address is not similar to the one you have mentioned in your payment method.
  • Perhaps you have entered the wrong debit or credit card number. Maybe some digit is mistyped.

Are there any import duties and customs charges on my parcel?

When a parcel is shipped to a country, when it reaches that country, the import duties and customs charges are charged on it but only once.

However, if there are any charges on the parcel, it has to be paid by the customer. The same rule is applied whether the customer is a wholesaler or a retailer. Our brand is not responsible and cannot control these charges as the import duties and customs policies differ in every country.
